We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time or refuse services.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. Smilingrock takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time as deliveries are sub contracted.
Colors/Images/Photos displayed should be used as a guide only as the product may appear different depending on lighting conditions and/or the difference in your phone/computer screen displays resulting in color variations shown on the website.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting SmilingRock via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
All prices are in (AUD) Australian Dollars and includes G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax)

Product Warranty
Smilingrock offers variety of manufacturer’s warranty on the variety of the products. Certifications are provided on site, on our displays for our customers viewing. T/C applies on warranty, please inquire onsite.
